- MCNE, ABR, CREA, CSSN
I have served in the real estate industry since 2005 and with Keller Williams Realty since early 2009. I gladly represent both buyers and sellers with the continuous goal of meeting and exceeding my client’s expectations. I have experience negotiating contracts and representing clients so that their best interest is served. I have earned the MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CREA (Certified Real Estate Analyst) and CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator) designations to represent and negotiate for buyers and sellers and to look out for their best interest throughout the transaction. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and it is an honor for me to represent my clients with honesty and integrity throughout the real estate experience. My goal is to listen to each person I work with in an effort to learn more about their unique situation and help them through the next step.
Additionally, I am an official trainer for the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission (WSHFC) and I co-teach Home Buyer Education Classes with lenders for people interested in learning more about what they should know before buying a home.
Topics covered include:
- Different Types of Home Loans (including a down payment assistance program)
- The Lending Process
- Home Buying Process
- Owning Vs. Renting

- And more!

As a native to the Seattle/Eastside area I love the Northwest and believe in investing in the community. I have volunteered in the past as the Personnel Director and Coach for a local softball league during the summer. Currently I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, snow skiing, seeing friends and spending time with my family and dog.
I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. Prior to working in Real Estate, I worked as a Foster/Adopt Caseworker for a local non-profit adoption agency facilitating special needs adoptions and supporting families who provided Foster Care for abused and neglected children.
